i downloaded 2.6 and purchased a keycode for 2.6, which i enter but the OK button remains grayed out. i found a troubleshooting section on the developer's website that addresses this specific problem and followed all instructions diligently - reinstalling the screen saver (really now - when's the last time you had an app get corrupted during download? when you had dialup, right? right. but i did it anyway just so i could say i'd tried everything), trashing the prefs, copying and pasting the keycode...no luck. i've written to their tech support and am awaiting a response, but i'm highly annoyed. to charge me for a keycode and then demand this much of my time and effort on top of it is an insult. between the problem and the non-working "solutions" and the cheesy, Windowsy look of their website and the product popup menu three feet long that contains about 35 different flavors of Marine Aquarium 2.6 alone through which the user must hunt to report their problem to tech support, it's clear these people are not very hip to the Macintosh Way.
they'd better send me a solution that works the first time or send me my money back, because i'm NOT happy.
