Monolingual is a simple yet powerful application. It works well for its originally intended purpose: removing superfluous language files to free up disk space. The architecture removal is best left untouched, especially on Intel Macs.
You Intel users using Monolingual to remove PPC specific stuff from your system are not very smart. Why are you trying to save a couple of gigs of space on your brand new, EXPENSIVE, Intel machines? Go out and buy an external hard drive!
