Eats up CPU usage when disabling Dashboard

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

I notice that after opening dashboard it brings up telnet in Activity Monitor; when I disable Dashboard using this utility, telnet's CPU usage jumps to about 92% and my CPU temp stays around 171 F. If I quit the telnet process under Activity Monitor everything is quiet again. I never noticed this until I tried Dashboard Manager.

Eats up CPU usage when disabling Dashboard - Dindgeri

Dashboard Manager is an AppleScript based application, it shuts Dashboard down by calling a shell command using AppleScript.

I found no telnet process on my Activity Monitor while I'm running the app.

Sorry if this does not help much.

Thanks for your feedback.
