An excellent tool. Works splendidly for putting our podcast on iTunes. (Of course, you must first register with iTunes, which proved to be a simple process. We had our approval in less than 24 hours.)
Podcast RSS Buddy generates the XML code that provides iTunes with key information about your podcast, such as the name of the podcast, the name of each episode, size, length, etc. You can go back and edit the info on old episode, or you can delete old episodes if you want.
The Flash tutorial on the web site takes just a few minutes but covers the product throughly.
