According to the read me, an explict save is unecessary because the program saves changes on the fly. This is fortunate because neither the Save nor the Save As functions work at all. Unfortunately, the "save on the fly" doesn't work either.
I never used the program back in the day, so maybe back then it deserved its high rating; but these days it just a waste of bits.
