I thought DynDNS Updater was the successor to this? Which one uses less system resources? Will this product be updated for 10.5 when it comes out?

DynDNS Updater is based on DNSUpdate code but is dedicated to DynDNS only.DNSUpdate has updated its code, it might be interesting to ask DynDNS Updater's authors to use the code change in their application.
