I have had nothing but problems with 1.5.0.2. It's horrible.
After applying this update, Firefox hangs a lot for no apparent reason, DNS lookups fail for no apparent reason, the Location bar becomes completely uneditable at times, and I've had the application crash on me several times.
I've tried creating new profiles, new user accounts, etc. - these new problems persist.
I'm going back to 1.5.0.1 until they get these issues straightened out. They need to go back to the drawing board on this version.

Nothing but problems with 1.5.0.2 - sbibb_dotmac
i've had the same problems, but my real problem now is that when i reinstall 1.5.0.1, firefox automatically downloads the new version and gives me no (apparent) way to decide against it. can someone suggest how to override this automatic update? thanks.Wednesday, April 26 2006 @ 04:38 AM PDT

To turn the auto-update feature off, go to Firefox Preferences > Advanced > Update > and set it like this:When updates to Firefox are found: Ask me what I want to do

i agree 100%. i'm having the same problems and 1.5.0.2 is completely unusable - especially if you rely on it for web development.Reverting to 1.5.0.1 is the only option.
