Awesome, 10.4.6 trouble?

Feedback Type: Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

Desktop Manager, Quicksilver, and Saft are by far the best programs I have ever tried. They have become so much a part of the way I work that if any of them don't work my computer feels broken. In my opinion, Anyone with a Mac should be using this program (except, maybe, if you're loaded and have a pretty 30 inch display to look at). My greatest thanks go out to the dev.

I also wanted to ask if anyone has experienced issues with moving a window from one desktop to another since the 10.4.6 update. It says it was a release for 10.3 but it works perfectly in 10.4.5, perhaps 10.4.6 was one step too far? Its entirely possible I tweaked something wrong but it seems to have happened in conjunction with the update so I thought I'd ask.

Followup: just noticed an oddity that if I first launch the intel-native DesktopManager.app (which doesn't have seem to have window moving functions) and then quit it and launch the older DesktopManager 0.6, the window moving functions suddenly work again!

I have the same problem with window moving. It still doesn't work after I run and quit the universal version. Any idea?

re: last post was about Intel Mac - RTesta1

BTW, I was running both the ppc and universal versions on an Intel Macbook Pro.
