Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

I edited a film with iMovie 06 and found a nasty bug. If I erase a section in the middle of a clip it deletes the entire rest of the clip. So now I first split the clip and then trim away the end. Then I transferred my movie to iDVD with three chapters, nothing complicated. I burned my DVD and found it had no sound and the last chapter was missing. All work done on latest G5 iMac with latest iLife and OS updates. iDVD took over an hour to render my 10 minute video. I then redid the DVD job on my G5 DP1,8 with iDVD 05. Rendering took 15 minutes and everything worked flawless.
