Used Product For: Less than a month

I downloaded the Universal version of Firefox for my Mac Mini Intel (running 10.4.6), imported my Safari bookmarks and forms/password info and LOST:

my Safari Bookmarks
my Keychain
my Mailboxes (!)
my Address Book!

Apple Care couldn't help me fix my Mailbox contents, which are corrupted or my Keychain
