I have used PIMs and CRMs for about twenty years. I've gone through Now, Studiometry, Filemaker-based solutions and slew of others. Daylite, which we have just purchased, is a good/great CRM package. If you have several people working on sales leads that turn into projects, you will not be disappointed. The new interface is especially good.
As for previous comments. About those nasty files. It's called Openbase. It's a database and if you know your mac, you should have no issued uninstalling it. As for 'ruining' your contacts, I don't see what the user means. If you're importing vCards, then your originals should be fine. And, frankly, we've had no issues with importing or corruption.
The only thing we look forward to is a couple of missing functions. But overall, we're happy with our purchase.
