In Apples Mail. Under Messages Menu. theres a send again option. so what does this "plug-in" do that mail doesnt already do?

Ummm. - gregwelch

(from the developer) Send Again literally sends the same message again. MailFollowup quotes the original message in the same way a reply does, so it is more clear that it is an add-on to the original mail, not a replacement for it.

Send again does just that: send again.
Follow-up does a proper follow-up, i.e. quotes the original message (as in a reply) but keeps the original recipient(s). Comes in handy when you're dealing with lazy people who do not reply to emails....
