Update of Cataloged Files

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: YES

Seems to work OK, but when I removed some files from my ZIP disk and re-cataloged it, the removed files were still in the catalog. However, the files I had added were added successfully. Is there a Mac OS X product like Iomega's old FindIt for Mac OS 9 where it would automatically update the catalog (with size, removed files, added files, etc.) when a disk is ejected? That was a nice and simple program! And yes, these types of files are MUCH smaller than a collection of aliases!!

Update of Cataloged Files - Jim B

Ah, yes, Iomega's old FindIt! What a great program. Simple, with all the features needed for cataloging - perfectly simple and powerful.

I wish someone would reproduce it for X.
