2.0.0 Does Not Work!!!!!!!!!!

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

Installed this update on a 800 MgHz G4 iMac, running 10.4.6. I have used the Cordless Elite Duo set now for over 1.5 yrs and have never had a problem. Yet, when I installed this update, I had a kernel panic, had to restart & then the mouse & keyboard refused to work. I had to dig out my original keyboard & mouse to uninstall and revert to 1.6.2. I re-installed 1.6.2 & everything is working fine now.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UPDATE FOR ANY POWER-PC MACHINES!!!!!!!!!!!

And just what do you think the connector is at the end of the cordless receiver? That's right, USB. Cordless or not, the keyboards react the same when it comes to sending USB keystroke signals to the computer, that's all this driver cares. Not whether it's wired or not.

Hey, I'm having similar awful problems, but can't find 1.6.2 anywhere to revert back to it. Where did you get it?
