Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

I just attempted to provide feed back to Apple re this new releases lack of upgrade path and got censored for trying to post the following - If there was an upgrade path for this product I would have 5 sales right now! Without an upgrade Nada! Such is Apple. No one will pay again for it. No matter how good it is. Same thing goes for Apple server. Come on Do yourself a favor, throw your clients a friken Bone! - It politely informed me It would not "Publish" that feed back. But it accepted this (Pending Aproval)- OK Apple, you wont let me publish what I want to say here. If you want to censor your clients opinions I will go over to version Tracker where they believe in freedom of speech! - So much for Apple "listening" to it’s clients. Not!

Apple is not listening to it’s clients.... - rmorton

Sadly, if you had gone with any other product (netOctopus, FileWave, etc.) you would have spent a ton of money on maintenance that would have exceeded the purchase of ARD again. I am actually about to look at ARD for the cost savings over other solutions (and no VNC is not what I need).
