You must install rarlabs shareware or it won't work at all. Not freeware.
Even after installing 3.51 rar rarlabs file in the correct place inside of RarMe, it does not compress files. It runs in the terminal and then errors and does not create the rar file. Using process in terminal setting I get the error Cannot open /Users/xxx/Desktop/testfile.txt
Creating archive /Users/xxx/Desktop/test.rar in terminal. WARNING: No files Using Processs in RarMe setting I get an AppleScript error dialog saying cannot open.
I tried several different files, but it won't work. Does it really work in Tiger?

RarMe is a FREEWARE wrapper for a shareware CLI application. RarMe is free. It doesn't matter if RAR isn't free, RarMe still is.Please email specifics of the problem you are having to rarme@armelline.com so I can see what's causing your problem. The description you posted is unfortunately not specific or detailed enough to speculate at this stage.
