I looked at it real quick, when you close the window just go to File drop down menu click export then cancel then list and it will be like it was when you first opened it. You can also click File New Note File Delete Note or command+n then command+shift+d and I don't see any real use for this program. Also, yes there is a way to disable 1 or all of the 3 options at the top. You can do it on any mac but it's hard to explain unless you've done a little programming.
