Does not work

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

The instructions say "Double click the application...You will be asked to select your files, then you will be asked to name your delivery. "

This does not happen. The first time I opened the application, it remounted a new volume of the same name ("Make A Delivery"). Every time since then it appears briefly in the Dock and then closes itself.

Note: I also tried to inform the author of this directly instead of posting the problem for all to see, but his website is all snazzy graphics and no functionality--there is no link to e-mail him from it, nor is there an e-mail address in the application's documentation.

I recommend anyone who wants to make a .dmg to just go and use Disk Utility included with OS X. It works.

Does not work - audiowizard

Hmm sorry to hear you're having a problem.
Are you on English OS X.4?
Is your System hardrive named "Macintosh HD?
Is your Applications folder named "Applications" and located on your Macintosh HD?
Did you place the "Make a Delivery" folder in the Applications folder?
Did you change anything within that folder?
Did you read the Read Me?

If you double-checked and answered yes to all of the above, I don't think you should have a problem. It will tell you what it is doing play-by-play on the Finder bar (the top of your screen).

Are you on an English version of OS X.4?
Is your system hard-drive titled "Macintosh HD"?
Is your Applications folder located on Macintosh HD?
Is your Applications folder named "Applications"?
Did you move the "Make a Delivery" folder to your Applications folder?
Did you leave the foldername as it is? Did you leave the Resources unchanged?
Did you read the Read Me?
Did you read the Installation Instructions?

If you're a yes to all the questions...it should work.
Unfortunately Disk Utility doesn't do what "Make a Delivery" does, or I'd never have built it for myself and later decided to share it with you wonderful people = )
