I'm also seeing the crashing problem on my Core Duo, where it kernel panics. It looks like it's usually tied to some sort of network activity (the last time, I was copying a folder from a Windows 2003 server to Windows XP running in Parallels.) Other than the crashing problems, it looks like a nice product.
