Except for regular expression searching - which is not that critical to me - I've yet to see any really unique features I'd find useful in the new version. It mostly just has organizational and other interface changes. Probably won't upgrade this time unless something truly useful appears in the release version, like the ability to invert a portion of a selection in a list or the abilty to move files while duplicating their parent directory structure at the destination.

A regular list of items saves to a .fbList file and subsequently opens fine but a saved list of the results of a duplicates search opens again as an empty list. Also, the "Find Duplicates in Selection" and "Find Unique Items in Selection" in the "Duplicate File Options" toolbar menu do nothing. I'm not into abuse so I won't email the developer directly - hopefully he'll read this and check out these issues.
