There's no way to upgrade from 1.x version to 2.x

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

I have searched high and low to figure out how to upgrade from the 1.x version to the new 2.0 version. The developer's web site says that the upgrade price is $9.99 but all the various "buy it now" pages and buttons take me to a purchase page for the full $25.00 price.

Has anyone figured out how to get the upgrade price? ITunes Catalog 2.0 looks awesome and I'd like to support this developer but it is very frustrating that they do not make it easy to upgrade.

Emailing Kavasoft solved the problem - Mike Silverman

After an email to tech support, they provided me a link to a web page where I could upgrade for the proper price. I thank Kavasoft for the fast support, but I would suggest they make it easier to upgrade, perhaps by allowing the user to enter a 1.x serial number into a form on a purchase web page in order to get the upgrade pricing.

Anyway, I am happily using 2.0 now...this is a great program, well worth the price (upgrade, or full price for newbies :-)

I get NO reply from them, after repeated emails - cyclingkitties

I too want to upgrade my earlier version, but unlike Mike, I get zero reply of any kind to my emails asking how to do so...
Mike, perhaps you can provide the link to the upgrade page for the rest of us?
