I need help, error in the update process made my PB unusable - deemery

1. restart from Tiger CD and run Disk Repair Utilities
2. If you have it, also run DiskWarrior. (If not, it's worth buying and running when you get your machine back stable)
3. Download the -combo updater- for this release and re-run it on your hard drive (still while booted from the CD)

If all that fails, I think you'll have to go to Windoze recovery mode and reload the OS. Suggest backing everything up first (sounds like a good time to buy an external hard drive...)
