This company makes u jump through hoops to download their software. I am a registered user and it took me about 3 minutes to get to the download window. What is the purpose of making prospective buyers go trough a rigourous registration process, wait for an email and then paste a code into another window, just to download their product. When I finally get to download the software and it won't accept my registration key.

I don’t think you read the window that said “This is not a registration code”. I have few problems with NTI. I bought Dragon Burn for 10 bucks when the released version 4. It is just as powerful as toast, which I have as well. It can write to multiple drives at one time via one application. With toast you have to have multiple toast applications to do the same thing.I got shadow for 99 cents. It never did work with USB flash drives and the promised update never came. I am a registered user with NTI and it took under a minute to request download, check email, click the link in mail.app which automatically filled in the correct download code and then download the program.
I won’t pay the 10 bucks to upgrade shadow but I will upgrade if the offer the 99 cent special they did before.
