Give Microsoft a break on this one. I like bashing Microsoft too, but I don't think they are so behind the curve on features for the Mac version when you look at the equally or even more pathetic record of competing services. In fact I find them on par with every other pathetic Mac offering including AOL and Yahoo which both only provide a selective set of features compared to the Windows version.. Heck, iChat video never works with AOL video on XP even though they say it does (what's up with that Apple?), and Yahoo video has no sound between Macs or PCs, and MSN doesn't even bother or pretend to do video, so how is it any different or worse really? At least they're improving their product. Yahoo has unofficially ceased all Mac OS client software development (Their latest and greatest version is dated 2003!), so I definitely wouldn't try to hold Yahoo out as being better than MSN to "force friends" to Yahoo... (!)
