I've been using the beta of this release, and it fixes the one problem I was having, Entourage/Sync Services/Missing Sync conflicts. This program has always worked great for me, but the newest Entourage upgrade (11.2.3) had issues with it, now fixed in Missing Sync 5.1. Great program, highly recommended.
