Second attempt to snipe, still no indication of a bid attempt

I just tried Auction Hunter for a second time. This time I increased the snipe time from the default of 10 seconds to 15 seconds before the end of the auction. I set my max bid to $30, the winning bid was $29.31. I do not see any indication that my bid was attempted or rejected. Perhaps eBay rejected my bid because $30 was not enough of an increase over the highest bid at the time that it was attempted???

Snipe results are in the Log window - iHatePC

I discovered the "Log" window and it shows the snipe attempts and what the results were. As suspected, the snipe bid was rejected because it was less than the minimum offer.
