Existing users, 
I've been using Chax sice the first availability. It has been as stable as any program I have ever used, and quite frankly adds things to iChat that Apple itself should have added.
I'm writing to ask those who find this app as useful as I do, to do as I did: PayPal the owner $5 (or more)! There is a donate button in the Chax preferences and is very quick to do.
