The word "Skat" has some...unusual alternative meanings, I wouldn't advise you search for images with that word. A name change perhaps?

well, it's a German game and a German name. Since the name is established since the 19th century you can hardly rename it just because it's a slang word in another language - people wouldn't recognise it :)
it's like asking to rename "poker" because it's a dialect word for someone who picks his nose...
