However, I have a suggestion;
Ever since I upgraded my PowerBook G4 12" 867 MHz from 10.2x to 10.3x and later 10.4x I lost the built-in system "low-battery" alert, and it would be extremely cool if the program could also pop up an alert whenever the battery time reaches a predefined charge level as well...
ChargerChecker
alerts when laptop power adapter is disconnected
Version: 0.5
Sounds like a cool little program...

For a low battery alert... - hillerup
Oh yes...I've been using SlimBatteryMonitor until last week when I upgraded from 10.3.9 to 10.4.5, which I hoped would remedy the missing warning glitch - But unfortunately that didn't help, so I guess I'll be installing SlimBatteryMonitor again...
However it would still be nice if this application could do both things, so I wouldn't need to install yet another application...

...you can try SlimBatteryMonitor <http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22372> which, I believe, works despite the glitch that has affected OS X's built-in battery indicator.Reply to This
