So far, I haven't got much email at all, I don't know if it is that spamsweep is deleting bad and good email,(hope not), but a few spam emails have passed through the filter. What do I do with them so the get filtered next time?

I have been using SpamSieve and you train the filters what is good and bad, after a month or so I started getting great results. I still check the spam folder to make sure I don't miss anything important but it's accuracy is incredible.
