Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: YES

I find Vienna to be a simple yet sophistocated news reader. I especially appreciate its built-in browser, which opens up the story directly on the website for easy viewing.

Adding RSS links is actually very easy if you are running 10.4.x:

-- First, select Vienna as your default news reader by going into Safari's preferences. Click on the "RSS" tab and select Vienna in the drop-down box.
-- Then, just use Safari to go to the site you want to get your feed from. Click on the appropriate RSS feed button, and viola, the feed will appear in Vienna.

I had problems adding feeds in the older version and when I was using 10.3.9. The new version of Safari in 10.4 makes it all happen smoothly. So: 5 stars if you're using Tiger, and 3 stars if you're using Panther.
