With almost 4 years of bringing EyeTV to Mac users, there have been many new features and improvements, but also a few temporary problems. We can help you work out those problems, when you contact us directly and give as many details as you can.
We will not provide support via message boards or Version Tracker, but we will check to see if there are problems not being reported directly to us. We like to see users post their true opinions here, but make sure you contact Elgato Support as well, to actually receive assistance.
Our goal is to solve all problems, and to make EyeTV as great as possible.
