Captain FTP has the most intuitive client of all the clients I've tested. I use it to access my school's SFTP server and it works like a charm. It's very easy to use, absolutely no learning curve required. It comes with a handy widget for quick upload. If you're in the search for an FTP client, this is the one you should grab!
