This appears to be an R4 updater for Quicken 2005. There was a separate R4 updater for Quicken 2006 back in February, although it was listed in Version tracker as version "15.0.3" with "R4" noted on their web site. See http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/27738. Also see http://support.quicken.intuit.com/, choose "Quicken for Mac", click the Search button, and look down the list for "How do I update Quicken 2006 for Mac to the latest release?" (While some might say I tend to add confusion, I hope this helps.)

There are 2005 and 2006 R4 updaters - BradMacPro

I've found that Safari has problems with Quicken 2005 and 2006 r4 updaters. Use Internet Explorer if you still have it. If you just go to the Check for Updates menu item in the Quicken program, it will bring you to the right page, just set Internet Explorer as your default browser (if temporary) or copy and paste the URL into Internet Explorer.
