The instructions do not account for the process of a first time hook-up with your iPod. As a result I never got to use iPod Access for the purpose I purchased it for -- iTunes erased the iPod library even though I strictly followed the Access instructions for avoiding that outcome. Support was rude and either doesn't understand this basic need or was refusing to acknowledge the failing.
