Hello everyone,
I am hoping someone can offer some advice.

I tried installing the Safari Enhancer 3.3 and everything seemed to go just fine. My problem is it doesn't work, I get no extra functionallity. I used appzapper to uninstall it and reinstalled but no joy.

installation problem Safari Enhancer 3.3 - Gordon Byrnes

It would be helpful if you could be more specific. What options did you try to apply, and what happened when you applied them?

I launch the programme while safari is closed and enter my admin password, then SYSTEM WIDE SETTINGS, add new tab bar and change appearance to unified title. Apply system wide settings and relaunch safari and no change to safari is seen. Then tried user-specific settings, deactivating site icon cache and show link url in tooltip and apply user settings. I have even tried makeing the same adjustments indicated in system wide settings and user specific settings then apply user settings and no change is made to safari, no extra functionality is given even after a reboot.

I hope this helps, but like I said I get no extra functionality when right clicking on a tab.

Thanks in advance
Alan

It sounds more like you just don't understand what the features are supposed to do. Enhancer doesn't add anything to the contextual menu for tabs. As the name of the feature suggests, the "new tab" button feature adds a "new tab" button to the list of available buttons for the Safari toolbar.

I recommend reading the user manual. Just click the question mark in the lower-left of Enhancer's main window or hit command-option-? when Enhancer is open.
