All else is running OK! Must be a small slip up somewhere as it is consistent on my G5,G4iMac and G4 Powerbook all running 10.4.5

Whoops Caminicon wants to keep downloading the "Camino" theme - jcraig23

Look inside the Caminicon folder in ~/Library/Application Support. You'll find a Camino.zip file. Uncompress the file and all should be well. This little bug should be fixed now, but was noticed right after release. http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=390288&start=30 then scroll down to the bottom of the page.
