I originally tried the free download of this program, over a year ago, and was impressed enough to purchase the "pro" version of it. The program worked well for a few months but degraded, with the on-going upgrades, to the point where my Minolta DualScan IV no longer works at all with it. I have tried to email Mr. Hamrick about it but he complains about having to request a spam blocker access and won't answer my emails. I've come to the conclusion that my investment was a waste of time. I do not recommend this program and suggest that Mr. Hamrick go back to his day job if he is going to sell a defective program and not provide customer service. My Dualscan works just fine with the Minolta software that came with it.
