Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Was anyone able to get this to work in OS X 10.4.5 with a ScanJet 5370c ??? I just get (Scanner Not Found)   
System Info:G5 DP 1.8 / G4 PowerBook 1.25 / G4 400mhz (AGP Graphics) / G4 Mac Mini

Same here. Scanjet 5300c is seen under USB in System Profiler, so I assume the USB connection is good. But the HP software doesn't see it.

Tried this on my new G5 Dual-Core Xeon w/10.4.8. Nothing worked. This flatbed will work fine on XP, as will most of HP's products. Best thing to do is ignore HP products altogether for the Mac platform. They seem to have no clue how to support this OS any longer.
