Feedback Type:  Usage Tip

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

The crash is AFTER the work has been done and so does no harm, but is unpleasant. Alsoft won't tell you this fix because obviously they don't want you messing in their app. Make backup for safety. Cntrl-click on app, choose "Show Pkg Contents" and in "Resources" rename "Complete.aiff" to "Alert Complete.aiff". That's it!

I posted that quite clearly just a little bit lower on this page. Looking before you post and rant would help you stay cool!

this fix works perfectly and does not harm as long as you follow it exactly. also, make sure that disk warrior is not running when you rename the file. i dont think it will hurt anything, but it probably wont see the change until you restart.
