Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

I've been using this for over a year and except for one crash it has been flawless. I use it to record some Internet radio streams that occur when people are normally asleep... The only problem I have is that RealAudio has been consistently losing it's connection during after a brief time. I know it's nothing to do with Audio Hijack, though! I also use it for audio capture of DVDs. Highly recommended.

AHJP and Real Audio works here - balancedview

Hi,
I too use Audio Hijack Pro (I registered) and Real Audio (free - not Plus) to record internet audio.
I found that the latest version of Real Audio is working OK for me.
I was encouraged to upgrade to latest Real Audio because one site I wanted to record said I must have the latest version.

My setup is: Audio Hijack Pro 264, Real Audio 10.0.0 352, on iMac G5 OS X 10.4.4, (and recently up to) 10.4.5.

Have you downloaded and tried latest version of Real Audio?
Or written to Rogue Amoeba about the issue?
FYI - I wrote Rogue Amoeba on some issues and received a prompt, courteous and informative reply. All the best,

The problem I'm having with RealAudio is usually a problem at the source of the stream, a specific radio station.

Great product, great support- too bad my source material is flakey - NickCollingridge

The latest version of RealPlayer is 10.0.0 (build 352) and I have found it to be very reliable. Lost connections seemed to be a problem on some systems with the previous build (332 I think), so try updating.
