I agree with JoBoy. It's hard to see how either the product or the support could get much better. More features, yes, but not much better. A little better, maybe: I'm giving four stars for ease of use because I'd like to be able to drag files to the backup list rather than trudge through an open/close box.

I've been using Deja Vu for several years and the only problems I've had were largely of my own making. Even so, the developer responded promptly to my inquiries, and solved the problem.

What I particularly like about Deja Vu is that it doesn't hide the backup in some arcane archive that only it can open. It just copies whatever files you want whereever and whenever you specify. This is a very handy for all sorts of reasons besides backing up.
