When combining two icons in OS X 10.4.x, the second icon is not added correctly to smaller display sizes of the combined icon, usually just showing as a blank space.

I have contacted the developer about this issue.

Same issue here - Xeater

I get a blank white space in place of the icon pasted on to the folder.

Looks like CCI is abandonware. What a shame. This was the perfect icon combining app, no other came close in ease of use and quality.
