AVOID!

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

Great idea for an app. Works ok in demo mode, which is highly crippled - just allows scanning of a few files.

I paid, unlocked the app, and found that the application chokes on larger number of files. It locks up long before it scans my whole hard drive. Has to be forced quit (my system is fine...permissions are fixed, no directory damage, etc).

I emailed the developer three times. No reply. I feel as if I dropped my $15 into a hole in the ground. Ugh.

I guess the solution is to wait for FileBuddy to add this feature, or pay the price (and brave the interface) of File Roundup.

Due to an email filtering/rule problem, we failed to receive the emails the customer mentioned.

As soon as we received his complaint through PayPal, we immediately answered and offered a refund.

We are very sorry for this problem!

Unfortunately, very seldom, certain mail rules are false true fue to the native of email and email rule/filtering systems.

If the developer can get the software working for me, I'll re-review. Meanwhile we're talking.

Forgot to note. nothing ever happened. Developer pretends he's working on fixes and updates. OTOH, if you press him he refunds. This thing is dead.

Also since my comment was reasonable and clear, I'm assuming the dev was the one who marked the comment "unhelpful". Feh.
