Hey Man, I would not let those people intimidate you with their pointless legal threats. First, you are not doing any copyright infringement yourself, only providing the means with which to find material. Second, it's not illegal to have a copy of lyrics (especially if you have paid for the track). This is the equivalent of you searching on your own for the lyrics and copy/pasting them or even writing them out. It's too bad, I am really looking for a total solution for collecting art, lyrics and liner notes... no one seems to get the whole thing together right, and then when you start taking things away. And what about automating the whole thing? I would pay a serious fee for an ap that I could let loose on my iTunes library, or a playlist, and it automatically went through and placed art into tracks without art, and lyrics and liner notes into the notes section. Click and go.
Nothing seems to be close to this yet.
