I seriously disagree with those who are knocking this product. I have used it on a daily basis for over six months. I have had virtually no trouble with it since I put the learning curve behind me. The only exception was yesterday. I had a problem with the 3.2.1 update. The forum was down, so I used the email support address that is plainly displayed on the publisher's web site. FYI, it is dejavu@propagandaprod.com. I received a response within just a few hours of sending my help request together with a link to a download that cured my problem. I rate the responsiveness and quality of the service from this company as excellent because that has been my experience every time I've needed an assist. No exceptions. I have had a wonderful experience with Deja Vu. My backups have saved my skin several times as I have navigated the string of updates associated with OS X. I cannot say enough good about Deja Vu.
