Great but want custom icons

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: updater2534 Monday, February 20 2006 @ 07:03 PM PST

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I love it (especially as it's free) but I can't seem to download the custom icons, to make it look like Firefox's search engine bar. (At least that's what I understand the "download images" function to do.)

I have channel images enabled in the preferences, but no "sheet" appears asking me to download them...I'm online (DSL 24/7), so that's not the problem.

When I manually click on "download" after highlighting one of the channels nothing happens...

Am I missing something?

Great but want custom icons - Pandy

I don't think you're missing anything. What does work is to grab the icons from the Firefox application bundle and drag each one to the image well on the Acidsearch preference info for each search site.

or use:
http://www.mindzilla.com/grabber.php

to grab the site icons and drag those to the image wells in the acid search preferences.
