Weird Version Problem

Used Product For: Over One Year

On the VT web site, Linotype FontExplorer X is showing the current version of 1.0fc4, which I have installed. However, within the VTPro application, the entry for the program doesn't update, and it still shows version 1.0fc3, and because of the mismatch, lists my version as out of date.

Weird Version Problem - gslusher

I'm not on the Versiontracker team, but I use it a lot. I've run into this problem. Sometimes, it's because of the way the software has coded the version number into the application. Contact the developer with this information so that they can pursue it. It's in their interest to get it correct.
