Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I have used this app for a while and it has proven itself to me as the easiest way to just get Tomcat running so you can get on with your development.

You need to know a little about Tomcat (nothing a standard tutorial won't cover like the one at Apple Dev), and it's a little behind with Tomcat v5.0, but has no problems dealing with exisiting hand-rolled, Fink or DarwinPorts installs of v5.5, and made my transition to using Java 1.5 effortless.

Being able to switch between installs for personal or work development by hitting a few buttons is also excellent.

The level of integration and the desktop widget easily surpasses the default web admin app or using Eclipse to manage an instance, and is much prefered to manageing multiple Terminal windows (yes even with screen)

Well worth a few dollars for the time saved, and overall a solidly thought out app - looking forward to the new features.
