Existing users, 
I've been using TB2 v.7 and (now) v8.x for a couple years.
It's a great way to securely troubleshoot or help the non-computer inclined remotely.
Seriously needs to have a version that will work on the Intel based Macs, though. During this Appke transition, we can expect a few extra requests for computer support and TB2 is necessary.
